My overall experience has been good. My boss left, and they really made my job feel special, so I am slightly anxious for what is to come. I do feel like the turnover is starting to make me anxious. I feel like I could make more if I jumped ship, but the WL balance isn't worth that for me personally

I do think that the leadership team has built a great product and promoted good workplace culture of work-life balance.

I like that there is incentive for me to do my job in the form of commission and bonuses on top of a fair base salary.

I love that my job enables me to do things I like, like problem solve and talk to clients. I also have the freedom to make improvements and make my job what I want it to be.

I like that they seem to go above and beyond to retain me. They each made an effort to meet with me when I was first hired, and they all take an active part in interacting across email and slack. There is visibility between them and those of us at the bottom of the org chart.
