Although my experience working at RFPIO has been great, it also has been very challenging. I have learned so much and developed some real professional skills. However, sometimes the road to my development has been filled with frustrations that come with the company's rapid growth.

I wouldn't change anything about RFPIO's environment or culture. This is a core reason I enjoy coming to work every day.

The leadership team here at RFPIO is working in sync and road-mapped a clear strategy for our company's vision. Leadership has set the stage for all teams and employees to self-motivate and achieve their goals.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I wouldn't say the RFPIO leaders and VPs undervalue me, but rather my direct manager undervalues me. I'd feel better if my compensation was equal to what other companies are paying people with the same experience and skill set.

RFPIO leadership and VPs should really consider who they put in a management position. Team managers should not be managing with an ego or be driving team members with their own agenda. Rather managers should relay the goals and strategy of the overall company to their team.
