I have really enjoyed my time at RFPIO from the beginning. I was nervous transferring in from a job and team I had known for so long, but RFPIO welcomed me with open arms. I'm excited to see what's next and how much more we grow in 2023.

I'm ok with my pay, but when comparing it to the market it should be substantially higher.

I appreciate how transparent they are, especially with nerves going around about our current economy. It makes me feel solid in my current position.

We really work well together and bounce ideas off of each other. I don't feel weird reaching out to ask for help because I know they'll be there for me with anything I need, the same as I will for them.

I just feel accepted and comfortable. I know that I can laugh and enjoy myself and not feel judged. I appreciate our Flex Fridays so we can focus on our mental health and spending time with family and friends. That was a huge draw for me.
