They have a passionate and innovative mindset for the company and the product we offer. They aren't afraid to seek consulting from third parties to assist us with driving forward with our mission and directly with out customers.

For the most part, nearly everyone is willing step in and assist at any given time. Whether this be an internal or external situation. It does feel like a true team effort the vast majority of the time.

Building relationships with my customers and teammates. Making my customers happy and getting them to accept me as an extension of their team. Feeling that I truly have their best interest in mind and I am going to go above and beyond for them.

There are roles in the company that are crucial to the big picture health of our customers that are overlooked and undervalued. These roles make significant contributions in identifying, driving direct revenue growth and setting up other teams to be successful but simply aren't compensated fairly.
