
While there is a lot of great people that work for RFPIO it can feel like leadership is disconnected from that. It is an EXTREMELY fast paced environment that doesn't always feel like it is going in the right direction.

They do genuinely care about doing what is best for employees and customers.
People care for each other and are always willing to jump in to help out.
They are always there to help out, everyone is really invested in doing what is right and will challenge you to get to that decision.
They all not only care about you as an employee but as a person. Everyone is so will and happy to jump in to lend a hand when necessary.
RFPIO likes do say they sit at the 50% mark in terms on compensation. However, with the changing job marketing wages here have not risen as they have across the industry.
Overall RFPIO pays less than market value. Given that the job marketing is starting to hire more they will need to increase pay and benefits to keep talent and attract new talent.
They tend to make a lot of promise but often they are not fulfilled. And while there are clear sales goals, there aren't many other goals in terms on optimizing and streamlining the business.
When I am able to slow down a bit and plan things out in advance. When time is taken to strategically think about how a project or launch or other activity is going to impact the business and team as a whole.
