Synopsys Inc: Very profit focused. Saw more care for employees during COVID, but that has gone downhill since with the new CEO and cutbacks on any and every expense. We're constantly setting record revenues and stock prices, but we get rhetoric about poor economy impacting us, but that doesn't seem to be reality.
In-N-Out Burger: Found INO to be the healthist fast food alternative, along with being the best tasting! 40 years ago, while in College! The service and genuine kindness of not only the associates, but upon meeting the upper management, and Lynsi at the new Meridian, Idaho location! Love them even more now!

Best Buy: The greet warmings by an employee to the customer and the services are just amazing especially for the Waterloo branch
Quest Diagnostics: Quest pays decent but you definitely work hard for it. They keep adding on more responsibilities, but you aren't compensated for it. They base your raise on how much money you collect which isn't a phlebotomist's job. Your raise should be on your numbers, job performance and your reviews.

KinderCare Education: The company charges a lot of money to the parents but pays teachers just above mininum wage , if you have tenure you reach a pay cap they dont give you raises anymore just a 500 dollar bonus a year with taxes taken out , it is a slap in the face. The new pay scale only benefitted new employees
