DXC Technology: Overall experience has been positive. Compensation at the start is above average, but does not scale well with promotions, tenure, and the level of work. Despite this, work life balance is stellar, and there are great opportunities for growth and learning. Work is also mentally stimulating.
DSW: Make sure to hire people with different ethnical backgrounds. I've been racially profiled when going into different retail stores and it's more than embarrassing, it's very infuriating.
