84 Lumber: Overworked and underpaid. Mandatory overtime & weekends with mediocre pay does not translate into supporting employee family environments. There is also blatant favortism among store management, as well as area management. Not a good culture to support career growth.
NiSource: Unethical company. As a CSR, we dealt with wage theft for years until the State Labor board put a stop to it. The company then sent backpay to some in an extremely small amount. Management is inconsistent, lack knowledge, main job seems to be to micromanage us down to the second. Beware.
