Stop & Shop: Not good. Leadership is personality based. If your not a yes man, or talking head you are demoralized and pushed aside. I was witness to a DD and his HR accomplice systematically set up and push out a 60 yr old woman of color out because she didn't fit the mold vs finding a better store fit for her

The company is good but the industry has changed with high productivity and low resources to make money and has become difficult. Also, their are less opportunities forward and the path is less lucrative
AT&T: I like working here; my job is fulfilling, and my compensation and benefits are fine. What I appreciate the most are the great colleagues. Job security like unlimited contracts and better career opportunities in INTL needs the biggest improvement. It is time to see the value of the people here.

Stop & Shop: It's a job, I understand that. It's a grocery store. These days we run the stores off a computer print out. It used to be put product on the shelf and make the customer happy. Now it just audit after audit, and running around making sure all the boxes are checked off on any give computer report.
Dollar General: My direct manager was rude and not professional. my district manager was not helpful only tried a few times and barely any communication was done

AT&T: just went through a very tough round of layoffs where my team was impacted - this was the 8th or 9th time i have been through this. now my team is being split up. my vacation has been stolen. things are slowly being chipped away over time. i'm tired. i just want to do my job.

Johnson Controls: Fun place to work at first, there a lot animosity. One day you can be a great emplyee and the nect day you are there worse. Lot of hassment. The management does not run the company the project owners do. The project owners get to pick out the people who work on there jobsites.
TaskUs: With the inflation rates and high cost of living, I can say that TaskUS salary can't compete with other company In addition, you need to things just to have a raise. Like seriously? Did we not deserve a raise?

AT&T: You are moved around a lot and it's not by choice. You do not drive your own craeer goals. Management doesn't move you according to your proclaimed career target. You are moved according to budget, so you are an asset in the sense that you represent a portion of a budget.
