Dollar Tree: They demand to much work for very little pay and no hours to accomplish it. Cut hours constantly making it hard to keep employees. Which puts more work on management. They make you work alone open to close Which doesn't even give you a break.
Olive Garden: The coworkers need to work on being better as a team and holding each other accountable

Ricoh USA: It was ok. I was there for several years. Very difficlt to get promoted from within. Typically prefer to brong someone from the outside rather than promote. Constant layoffs and leadership changes. Have to keep proving yourself to new leaders. Lack of professional development opportunties.

TopGolf: Its nice having the flexible hours but thats about it. Pay is not that good. We cant get hours which is reasonable for right now but the pay doesnt help. People who actually work hard arent apprecitaed or noticed only the favorites and people everyone knows

McKesson: Poor PTO and time flexibilty for revenue-generating APPs, with little hope of change from regional leadership within RMCC. We have 12 PTO days per year, the same as front office staff and MAs, and are below competitive market salaries.

UPS: it has been very positive I have been extremely fortunate thus far to have worked with amazing managers and teams. Challenges: UPS has made incredible strides to be on par with other large corporations but still a bit more work in the area of compensation and time off for hrly wrkrs is needed.

TP: Overall this is a great company to work for. There are so many different types of businesses we work with I am constantly learning new things. Overall though, the 401K and Healthcare benefits are terrible. Only $1500 match per year on 401K is worst in class. Healthcare costs are way to high.
Workday: I just want to add that sometimes I really don't feel like my work is being recognized. I volunteer for extra work and to cover shifts, which doesn't get recognized and this is kind of a continuous thing. Meanwhile some colleagues do get recognition for the extra work they do and they are paid more

TP: The United States needs a competitive retirement plan. The cost of benefits in the US is too high. The US Leadership Pay is overdue for a benchmark to other BPOs. For example, a VP of HR at Maximus earns $30k/year more than TP for the same knowledge and experience.
TP: I'm still in training but so far so good. I've heard a lot of positive comments about this company
