
Our team leader as well as SDM respects us a person as well as listens to our input to create a comfortable working environment for us that alleviate the working process.
We don't care about how all the benefits ad into it, we care about what we take home every month to feed our families, its not enough for the employees who have families. No long service salary increases. Employees have to choose between buy a car or house, school fees, etc.
There is a section of the coworkers who do not contribute to our sprint because they are client facing and should be part of a support team. The remainder of the team works well together and gets along with each other, equally working hard to meet sprint deadlines and collaborating together.
