GE Vernova: So Far thanks to the support and guidance of my Supervisor Brent Stokes so far my time with the company has been wonderful. as with any company there are things that can be fixed like more training for new employees, overall more respect to employees on the lower level
GE Vernova: It has been good over the years but benefits continue to be cut each year. According to friends/family other companies provide better benefits and more care for work/life balance. GE talks work/life balance but its all talk, no support. I have never had a vacation where I was able to disconnect.
