I have been with the company less than a month so far. And this time has proven both challenging and rewarding. My location provides a unique set of challenges, but I feel that my administration and senior management not only understand those problems but are actively working to help solve them.

Geo does seem to want to engage with its employees and the management being able to buy things on the fly (i.e. lunch, items needed for the facility, etc.) without having to pay for it out of their own pocket is a nice difference than what I am used to from the public sector.
