TaskUs: I'm very happy to be part of this company
TaskUs: They have to work on their honesty.
TaskUs: It's been 5 mos since started and hoping to be regularized but unfortunately, I'm already fed up since it's queueing already like I'm in a TELCO account. Process wise is not much difficult since everyone is open to learning but dealing with Customers specially those non-techy is exhausting.
Ascension: Ascension has been my employer for 16 years. It has been a blessing to me and has afforded me career satisfaction while still maintaining family balance.
Workday: Not that great. Dpon't feel like I belong

TaskUs: Salary Increase - Since the pandemic, there has been no increase in our pay knowing the situation has affected us poorly. There was even no hazard pay, unlike any other companies. Annual appraisal isn't done yearly. Our country is also suffering from inflation and increase in commodity prices.
TaskUs: Satisficed in a way that I see improvement and opportunities but still lack in engagement and needs improvement on people first policy
TaskUs: I love it here. It is way over the top compared to the previous company that I have worked with

TaskUs: While the company itself is great, the contracts are subpar. You're working for the company, but doing the jobs for the contract. The company has little to no control over what is decided with the contracts as far as major changes within those companies that impact us as employees.
TaskUs: My overall experience has been great working with the company for over 3+ years. I like the management and the environment. I have grown with the company and feel that my hard work was recognized and paid.
Mondelez International North America: Very positive- I am supported and in an environment where there is always someone I can turn to if I have a question. There are a lot of elements of 'large corporation' that are inherent to our ways of working at Mondelez so employees should expect the processes, policies, constraints as part of it
TaskUs: I am quite content. As long as I get paid and I meet my metrics, I am all good.
TaskUs: Taskus is one of those good companies to start with, because of its culture and good environment.

Workday: All of it! I find the Wellness stipend so unique, and spurred me to actually join a Pilates studio.
TaskUs: Friendly and it doesn't feel like you're working since you are also enjoying and having fun when you are on breaks with colleagues.
TaskUs: I am satisfied when in comes to work environment and career growth.
TaskUs: Aside from referral bonuses, I love the benefits they are providing their employees. Especially when it comes to HMO. Since I'm part of the LGBT community, I can add my partner as my dependent, which other companies don't offer. But hoping that they can give the OT incentives on time.

Workday: I'm so thankful that Workday has my back as a new mom. The paid parental leave, new backup childcare assistance that will be implemented soon, and the emphasis on work/life balance makes me want to give 110% when I am working because I know Workday cares about me!
TaskUs: I developed extensive skills working with customers even when they were distressed.
TaskUs: I love my work and my workmates but it is exhausting with these multiple updates.

Whataburger: We all are caring and talkative sometime but when we are rushed we are a unified team and get the job done right

I would suggest to look after giving NTE have a cleansing period if possible and also evaluate team leader to make sure that all agents are treated

Ascension was able to really support their front line associates during the covid pandemic by ensuring there was enough PPE and ensuring that all associates continued to receive their full pay check even when everything was shut down.

Transamerica: It's customer service. It used to be the best. But since the pandemic, they rely on third party customer service agents, their people are poorly trained, and they do not read the communications that we send. They talk about great customer service but they do not provide great customer service.
Workday: My experience has been mostly positive. I started as a contractor and have worked in many roles. I was excited to become a permanent employee.

TaskUs: is been a great ride. started from Tm and now I'm Qa and still moving forward
Workday: Mixed. Significant turnover has made it difficult to be effective. I sometimes feel my leader is only interested in furthering themselves and filling positions with friends from a previous company. Most of our LT is male. Recently there was a cliquey culture at Sr. levels, that has since improved.
TaskUs: So far it has exceeded my expectations. No false hopes has been given since day one. I always feel I'm being valued and that I belong.
TaskUs: In my previous campaign the experience was awesome, I don't have word to explain but after movement in these campaign I feel like I'm behind the bars.
Workday: It's been excellent so far and I hope it stays that way. I'm hoping I build a long-running career at Workday.
