I'm happy that my LOB is Perm WFH. I was able to take care of kids while working. I;m glad that when it comes to promotion there is no politics and you will be given incentives if your deliver good number to your LOB. I have a good mentor which is my Supervisor.

Any one can be promoted on a role. Doesn't matter if you are a new hire or tenure. I can see on this company that I can grow my career here.

They are very understanding on my situation my mental health and my family. I am a solo parent of 3 so it is easier for me to work from home and have a great benefits with Task Us. I am happy with my team and company right now.

They keep us on training and there is no added allowance for that. And also, when it comes to our health benefits we don't agree with the plan that was given to us. I hope that you asked employees for a survey before you changed the HMO into a new provider.
