They've grown from inside the organization so they know first hand about the challenges we're facing and have come with new strategies to ensure we as a team reach our goals while taking care of their employees and subordinates.

We've known each other some quite some time and since we're growing we have a lot of new faces so it is important to acknowledge every single one of them. Having team building activities even if they're virtual can help build a strong bond.

It can be used both for work and outside the organization. Some of the values we have as a team are aligned with the ones I have as a person and this similarity makes it easier for me to live by them. I think this is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

The fact that I can help someone else and make their day brighter, by helping my team I can make a positive difference with my work and my attitude. I work with very talented people and I learn a lot from them but I am also sure I can teach them one or two things.
