QVC: Since merging with HSN the customer service has gone way down. I have spent months trying to get refunds from qvc, that were returned 3 months ago. They have incorrect records and cannot match refunds to accounts. Its the saddest thing I have ever seen. It used to be such a great company .
Shoe Sensation: I got 2 weeks of working 25-30 hours. Then on week 3 i got cut to 9 hours only to find out 10 hours needed cut in store so me and someone quiting gets cut. Now i go 3 weeks of no working no hours no paycheck to pay bills. All i get told is we need to train i wasnt trained this long.

Image of the company is that they want only increased profits and care very little about patient care or satisfaction. It is a company run by finance executives.
