Vrbo: Their Customer Help autobot is the most frustrating Customer Service support system that I have ever had the mis-pleasure of dealing with. They need to make it easier to have a human accessible to answer unanswered issues on their auto help system.

Blackbaud: Everyone genuinely wants the next person to succeed. It's the most human company I've worked for. Employees are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and the company cares about employees beyond what they can do for the company.
Everbridge: I love working for Everbridge, the company missions is something I find easy to back. I also enjoy my role and most of my colleagues. There are a few 'toxic' employees that spend time undermining the current manager and that means a lot of respect has been lost for him.

GoHealth: As a Sales Agent who has enrolled many customers for GoHealth over the past 7 years, I can say from experience that they're a dishonest and fraudulent company. Josh Harris, the head of their commission department, charged me back thousands of dollars for customers who were still Active.

West Marine: West Marine is a fantastic company to work for. If you work hard, show initiative and have new ideas this is a place that will reward you for that.

They try marketing tactics and policies that may work extraordinarily well in some markets and quite poorly in others. They think they can train someone in a few weeks/months to perform like those with 10yrs+ experience.

PROS: Great product.Company struggles with fundamentals.

Tim Hortons: The freshness of coffee, more range of Donuts, and ability to earn more points to redeem for coffee and other things along with less wait time to use the tims points again from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.

Interfor: Very negative. The most drama filled negative atmosphere I've ever worked in. No raises, the we are all "family" lies. Overworked. Long hours and average pay. I worked construction and made more money doing less.
PODS: Its been great my work schedule is typically Monday thru Friday my day starts at 630 and ends around 4.

Each change in ownership and capital structure brings about change for the sake of change - not a good place to work

I got the call in November the position would be coming available again and I was thrilled to have the opportunity again to interview. I was awarded the TSM role and started mid-December. So are so good.

Long story short, the designer associate met me at the job site and we discussed the plan. 4 months later I had to reach out and he said the plan was not approved. In the meantime, I made infrastructure repairs based on the plan.
