Motion Recruitment Partners: Cold call environment. Way too many people crowded in one room. Director was extremely rude and unprofessional and caused me to have an anxiety attack after yelling "BE LOUDER I CANT HEAR YOU" in front of entire room of employees who were also cold calling on my 3rd day.

TIBCO Software Inc.: I started 5 years ago with no experience. Every year, I get better at my job. Every time a curveball is thrown at me, I adjust, and figure it out. BUT with inflation as it is, and more and more demanded of us, I face it.
Jayco: We purchased based on the name and reputation. It is very poorly put together. We had water leaks because nothing was put on tight, there were metal shavings and screws everywhere, the main slide wasn't put together correctly, so it leaks when it rains, several of the blinds have broke.

Not responding to a customer's concerns is poor customer service and reflects badly on the executive. Improvement would be to respond or to follow up with whoever was assigned to.
