Unity: Love my coworkers and the transparency and collegiality we have. Need to work on our systems and processes, procurement in particular has been a headache.
National General Insurance: I have been waiting for an adjuster to call me back on a total loss claim for a month!!! You Can Not get a response or call back from ANYONE!! NOT EVEN A SUPERVISOR! Poor customer service! The other parties insurance company can't even reach anyone with National General! Looks like Attorney time.
Acceptance Insurance: This is a company that loves their employees and takes care of their employees. They also care about their customers.

US Ecology: They dont pay nearly enough to half their employees
Dealer.com: Promotions seem to be based on popularity rather than the quality of your work.
WEX: Pay isn't competitive to today's market. Toxic, small town mindset work culture. No room for upward mobility. Promotions are given based on who the leaders like in the company, not on merit. Poor vision from senior leadership.

Enova International: Came to Enova via their purchase of a company. Many of their core values seem to only apply to their legacy people and culture. For example their "best idea wins" mostly applies if the idea comes from their existing executives / managers and not from purchased company.

Ducommun: Very little communication. Low pay, worked here for 5 years and people just starting make .05 less than me.

Medela: The beginning with scheduling and interviewing went well. However, the follow up not so good. If you tell a candidate they did great, then the recruiter should keep them in the loop, one way or the other. Don't leave the candidate hanging for weeks.

Everbridge: I've only been at the company two months but have never walked into such an amazingly well-oiled machine that is set up to help you succeed and support you. There is a winning mentality where everyone feels they can make a difference. I feel I have arrived home!
Pollo Tropical: It was terrible and the managers were terrible as well,they do not care about their employees and were also very selfish when it came to the store
Everbridge: Onboarding and induction was very professional. Fellow Bridgers have been very welcoming and supportive. Team needs rebuilding and previous performance is a little concerning but very optimistic that we can be a huge success and contribute to the growth of the company and winning culture.

President makes 8 million a year, but they're claiming the company is broke and they can't pay as they should. It used to be a great environment, now I can't wait to get out and find a better company.

The GW Medical Faculty Associates: Administrative service is among the worst. Poor systems, little training, and just plain bad attitudes make any interaction difficult and time-consuming. Only there for the great doctors I've been seeing for the last 10-20 years.
Everbridge: I am relatively new but feel welcomed and supported. The company is in an exciting phase of growth but also simplification after acquiring lots of businesses. It feels like a great to be here. Management and colleagues are happy to nelp and there is a good team culture. onboarding is good.
ZoomInfo: I'm very new, but other than a few onboarding hiccups, I'd say the experience is very positive. As I've noted before, it's encouraged for employees to be curious and to dive in, even if mistakes are made. That is inspiring.
