Negatives include a lack of processes, undefined career paths, frequent external hires, limited communication, and a lack of manpower. The main positive is the coworkers and brotherhood in the struggle.
PAC Worldwide: PAC was once a great company with a common goal and direction. Culture fostered a sense of teamwork. However, competing ideologies and a disregard for internal development and growth have the company trending on a bad trajectory. Cohesion, processes, and faith in current team members is needed.

I've talked with many people from different sites and this tends to be a universal trait. The negatives were mainly Union related issues but I was not given any information as to why.
