Regus: customer service is terrrible. You cannot contact someone who has the ability to solve an issue or to make a decision. They often reroute your calls to call centers in Turkey where you cannot understand what they say. Every person you are routed to "does not have the authority to make a decision.

DispatchHealth: DH has been nothing short of "too good to be true" and yet it is true! For the first time in my career i have an interest in moving up in the company and see a very long term future with DH. My coworkers are great, and my manager is a wonderful example and mentor. I have learned so much here.

DispatchHealth: I changed jobs because I was looking for a more enriching company culture. Dispatch has met my expectations and then some. I'm genuinely really happy I landed here and feel for the first time in my career that this is somewhere I could work long-term.
DispatchHealth: satisified with the work but a little disappointed with lack of opportunities for advancement and challenges. A little bored but that balances with the best benefit of flexibility in hours. Pay is the least satisfier. Strongly recommend looking at wages for some of the lower end "worker bees"

DispatchHealth: There is little to no training but high expectations. I can never be "off work" because I get calls at all hours. My pay doesn't not reflect my actual hours worked. The company seems a bit cliquish. I have no idea how many vacation days I get.
DispatchHealth: I absolutely love this company. I left for another opportunity and came back almost immediately! When interviewing at other places, I truly was able to identify the culture is unmatched. There are areas that need improvement but I am confident they are going in the right direction.
