Wix.com: Wix is a GREAT company to work fo. Management care about employees and do a great job in providing great benefits.
ZT Systems: The place is highly unorganized and employee morale is generally low. If you do well they will "promote" you to a champion. This is easily more work but you will not get a raise. Laptops and other tools required to do the job efficiently won't be given to you for months.
