Regular sales associates get in trouble for things the team lead does incorrectly. I got trained half way. I was doing manager and lead work for months with no compensation.

They are a poor acquirer of companies in that a few acquisations have literally closed their doors: WinDoor. Their sales are good despite themselves
Zoom Video Communications: I love Zoom for its excellent company value-Deliver Happiness and Care. Also, I love Zoom for the high quality of its products. They are easy to use and in high video and screen sharing quality so my friends choose them. We use it with happiness and we can create many exciting events on Zoom. Good.
