USIC: The pay is definitely a factor for the type of work we do, rain, snow, sleet, excessive temperatures and working with contractors. You are essentially a manager for your territory. So much turnover causes over worked employees. 6 to 7 days a week and 58 required hrs.

Not enough consequences these days for pure laziness and people that don't deserve the jobs they have.
