Very simple and easy, they'll hire just about anybody.
Bring too much emotion into work and it causes drama. They need to be more understanding and listen to their employees thoughts and ideas on improving the business
Our newest manager is trying to make ROSS more modern with renovating the place and reorganizing the layout of the store. It feels nice that someone to trying to bring order to the chaos.
Being a Stock associate at ROSS is very hard work for just minimum wage. Its very fast paced, hard on your body, and innaccurate "completion of work" expectancies. Business forces everyone to be part time so that practically no one can actually get benefits from ross.
There is drama at work with coworkers and management. When ROSS finds people who are really good at the job, they end up doing it alone and for 12 hour shifts because they dont have anyone else good enough. It is easy to get stuck at ROSS and never know when youll be home.
Too much drama among coworkers and management. We have employees who shouldnt be working at Ross because they are not working as hard as they could, dont know how to do the job even after years of being there. There seems to be a split between people doing home in stock and those doing clothing.
