The staff are friendly. Try to help each other as much as we can. The management arw the only ones who dont seem like they like to help

The team we have is ready to tackle anything in the store that needs done, even if it is bot necesssarily in their job description or the expectations exceed what is possible. Its good they are able to move around and still stay positive!

They do their work. Never have to be told what to do unless they're new. They work until they have to clock out.

Working at Ross really strengthened my teamwork skills. It's a good job because it's not super fast-paced most of the time but still requires a lot of communication among your team which I really enjoyed. Very chill job.

The area managers and below are great. The store and assistant managers don't give a care. My peers work hard and we make a good team though.

Communication between management and associates needs to improve for company wide changes. Daily meetings for every store, consistently training

There is an overall culture of apathy. I'm not sure what can be done to change this.

They should understand that we are coworkers no one is above the next person and the attitudes are terrible towards the coworkers to one another

It would help if they were trained properly or if they were scheduled in such a way that they could be trained properly/ learn to actually work.

Too much drama among coworkers and management. We have employees who shouldnt be working at Ross because they are not working as hard as they could, dont know how to do the job even after years of being there. There seems to be a split between people doing home in stock and those doing clothing.
