What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewer was friendly, yet clear about what the position entailed.

Interview was short and questions were easy.

I didn't feel intimidated. The managers were very friendly.

The interview process was quick and to the point, however the availability i discussed was not the availability i was given once hired in. I found it odd you couldnt negotiate a salary increase based on experience. I wasnt told the salary at my interview either (they forgot to send my offer letter)

One on one interviews are better than interviews with 10 other people competing for the same position

Ask different questions than just asking for my avalibility

They are very unorganized and did not give me my paperwork until my 21st day working there, which was months in.
