It's very hostile among management because everyone is always stressed because the job that they are asked to do for the type of pay that is given the lack of employee effort and the lack of communication the store manager never does anything but sits in office on phone gossiping all say long

For one pay your employees more , and if you feel like they don't deserve more than you do their job at 100 %For a week with the pay they get, there should be an out of store teaming store for the stock room people to build up to the correct speed and if not then adjust the standards to make room
