They are very inclusive and are open to different cultures. The company does an excellent job sharing the opportunities to expose working with DSK with training programs such as the global mobility program

they care and are passionate about the business as much as I am and they are very motivated to succeed. They are also great to brainstorm and strategize to build a successful plan. Overall the team is one of the best I have managed.

I have been putting 150% in my job and doing what I believe is best for the company and have increased the business and the relationship with my customer, but I have been in the same position for 4 years now and it does not seem like I am getting noticed to go to the next level in my career.
