Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cash bonus is like stock bonus in another company. If so, cash bonus should be guaranteed 100% but deducted. The salary is fair enough comparing to new comer.

More supportive managers that create an environment where I feel comfortable to try new things. We need more of a 'fail fast' culture and viewing setbacks that come with growth as positive learning opportunities.
