Compared to other people, I think I got good achievements in a short time, for that, I have been tried to make a lot of efforts but I think the compensation about my output is a little and I want to get more bonus corresponding to my efforts

Not really sure... I have only been able to be remote. There are cool educational opportunities from speakers events but it is really hard to gauge the true culture in this virtual environment.
