It has been nice. But I would like more opportunities for advancement, have my skillset be put to full use, and receive constructive feedback. I worry my skills are becoming rusty when not put to use, more so when I ask and action is not taken to provide the opportunities.

They seem to at least care about retaining me in the company, which I appreciate.

The people. From direct coworkers to indirect coworkers, getting along with them and being friends helps me get through work.

The are always there to help and support me, which I return the favor anytime they need it as well. We get along very well on personal level too.
