DSA site has very flexible and creative culture, but DSK has totally different working culture which has strong hierarchy and defensive attitude. Samsung definitely need to focus on innovate DSK team culture.

DSK team has really strict and inflexible culture, so communication with the teams and collaboration is super hard. We should have their culture changed.

Salary is not that high for the price in bay area. And I believe main R&D team and key engineer should be recognized more than now in terms of salary and perks.
