My experience at the company has just reached 5 years. I began in college as an undergrad business major, I completed a self led internship in a larger store volume and moved from cashier to a BA, upon graduating, I transferred and went to a terrible store. No feedback from this company

The company leadership does not push growth on the retail front or offer consistent growth opportunities / compensation for amount of work from each individual with distract management interaction

Company culture and initiatives some leadership members are terrific but others are not properly trained or suited for the role, as a recent business management graduate I see a toxic environment in stores, they need to check in with management ?

Please I can only stress, please check in with store leaderships background and education. Please train them and seek to promote within stores especially those who have dreams to move into corporate or education. Those are crucial. Have DM meet with cast who have been there 1+ years every year
