What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very respectful to every individual regardless of their employment level and their D&I policies. It's an honor to work for Sephora!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training in all areas they run the place off the buddy system. They only treat the employees who kiss up to them and buy them lunch with respect.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation isn't clearly communicated - it's not known what band you are, if your advanced degree counts towards comp or why you are paid what you are. We are just told that the company analyzes the market and adjust comp to it.

It's only the bonus that is making my comp somewhat competitive, without the good level 10 bonuses we have been getting the comp would be below market

Love that it's a female-forward company. There is very little politics which is nice and people try to help each other out.
