Please I can only stress, please check in with store leaderships background and education. Please train them and seek to promote within stores especially those who have dreams to move into corporate or education. Those are crucial. Have DM meet with cast who have been there 1+ years every year

The store manager retaliates against us if we complain about anything. Gratis is taken from our bins and isnt fairly distributed. We as employees are micromanaged the entire shift. I dont feel like i am at work more like i am a child being watched by my baby sitter. The schedule is unfair.
