Compensation here is fair market value. Bonuses are based on company performance as well as individual performance, and is measured fairly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are extremely expensive. To insure my family costs me 12k a year. Other companies in the Bay Area pay 100% of their employees premiums. We get email after email about how well Sephora is doing, but we dont see any compensation related to that. Bonuses are taxed like crazy.
