The fact that we acknowledge that we move fast, and that mistakes are inevitable is so comforting. I know that if I mess up, it is a safe place to do so

Transparency. I am never afraid to let a team member know that I am having a bad day. I ask for help, and they are their. They ask for help and I quick to assist in anyway possible

It didn’t feel as much as an interview as much as a conversation. It did not matter so much what my experience was, but whether or not I would be a good culture fit with those already there

My leaders are always so transparent and always passing along feedback. Food and bad. They never hesitate to tell you when you are doing something right, as well as they never hesitate to let you know how you can improve. All while encouraging and and promoting the amazing culture
