Being able to work hybrid with SBI is amazing. It works well for myself and for my family. I am able to get through my days without feeling overly stressed. I have a good support system here at work and feel as if I can approach my manager with any questions and concerns I have at any time.

I don't complain about having to go to work tomorrow. We try and stay positive which I believe increases out productivity as a whole.
