I don't think they like or trust employees working from home, which ironically makes me LESS productive because of the stress from it.

Better employment opportunities within the company. State Farm likes to fire people every year from December thru March to avoid having to pay out bonuses. A lot of coworkers were fired because of this reason. this is why they have a huge mass hire every year. It truly is sad for employees there
