Again, the neverending workload, the amount of unchecked control supervisors can have, micromanagement, and pay that is insufficient.

I'd prefer to have less work or more money. There's a diagram of not being able to get high quality, in a short amount of time for free. You get to pick a combination of the two, but never three.
