
They are suppressing salary by terminating the higher pay levels, while making the remaining levels much harder to get promoted into. 401k is a joke, while other benefits are much more expensive than where I came from.
Agent model of selling insurance products is slowly bankrupting this company. We have overhead that our competitors just don't have...the agent commission. Things need to be changed, or thousands will be out of work in 20 years or so.
CEO/leadership comes off as treating employees as though they are only an expense, rather than an asset that you invest in. No loyalty or feeling of appreciation. High turnover due to only following metrics and making it a very dry, unrewarding atmosphere.
