the stress of this job, nearly killed me. I was punished for being admitted to the hospital, and needing to go get regular weekly treatments at the cancer center. it's the only job wear a manager ever physically threatened me... and another tour on active duty would have been preferred compared 2 it

There is nothing positive about the company. It's all a facade to cover their arses... leadership doesnt actually foster a good culture. that's why most employees end up out on FMLA for at least a week for a mental break...local drs love it

attitude is a reflection of leadership.& from the top down they only care about checking things off on their lists. No one actually cares about company culture including the CEO.He doesnt care how the micromanaging even bathroom breaks mentally & physically effects employees. and is much like USSR

they need to reinstate the concepts in the company that made it successful for over 90 years when it was operated by family members of the Founder. ever since the last family member stepped down and they brought a corporate person in, the culture has significantly become worse. employees R assets!

they advertise work/life balance & bully you for using the benefits. this is one of the reasons they say we get paid less; yet we're bullied for using it so we should be paid more. they routinely harrass those on FMLA in right to work states & terminate them in order to retain employees with tenure.
