Overall very good for personal growth. Many, many, many org changes. High turnover. The only thing constant, seems to be change. Too much attrition; leads to fear and uncertainty about the future. Wishing there were a commitment to retaining quality individuals, and encouraging career growth.

There are commitments to the overall health of the organization, and ensuring that the customer is always in the room. This philosophy really helps motivate people to do the best work they can do.

Learning new things. Having a challenge that I really need to wrap my head around to figure out, solving extraordinarily complex problems, and interacting with others to solve problems and deliver results, and helping others.

I am fortunate to work with some incredibly bright, talented, and sharp individuals, who have no problem thinking collectively, and helping each other out. General feeling of wellbeing and talent when engaging with colleagues, across divisions even.

I realize that the pandemic caused a halt to merit increases, but I don't agree with the decision to halt them indefinitely, and to not consider retrograde. There were countless hours of dedication and hard work ahead of COVID, and to miss out of compensation, while cutting costs, everywhere, hurts.
