What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership CARES! It's important to know that!! I've pinched myself for the 4 years I've worked here! So many personal and professional programs are available here! Sterling also puts in unbelievable efforts to provide various employee support programs!! Especially appreciated during COVID-19!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lilterally about people and culture: programs start from educational to professional training to Black Lives Matter, to LGTBQ1+; you name it - Leadership is comfortable discussing all professional and cultural matters!

The process was timely and efficient. I was kept aware of where we were in the process, especially if interviews times were adjusted. They said what they were going to do and then did it. Organized, efficient and starting building trust right from the beginning.

Feelings of stability because of the people at Sterling; in this order: Leadership, The person I report to, My Team and even the team that I worked with before the one I work with now - I like it all! I am so fortunate ... my family is impressed too :-)!
