Their collaboration and transparency has been quite evident over the past 4 months with regards to the health & safety of employees and state of the business. They not only talk about doing what's right, they actually DO what is right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a level of trust amongst leaders and teammates that truly helps to drive positive energy and productivity. There is also a level of inclusion that comes along with that trust and it helps to build an environment of collaboration.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was timely and efficient. I was kept aware of where we were in the process, especially if interviews times were adjusted. They said what they were going to do and then did it. Organized, efficient and starting building trust right from the beginning.
