What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance based metrics that pay based on individual and team performance. Meaning we are all working together towards a common goal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Previous leaders were not aligned with the new culture at Sterling and unfortunately, I was a casualty. I spent nearly 2 yrs in an inequitable position where my title and pay did not commensurate my responsibilities. Acknowledgment of the inequity by changing pay and title would have shown value.

My team is high performing and always provide value in services we provide to our internal customers.

I liked that the interview process not only included the hiring leader but it also included the key stakeholders that I would support on a daily basis.
