I do not earn enough to cover the expenses of available benefits, nor are there any incentives/bonuses available to my department.

I wish I could make enough to survie as and not need to have a roomate or second job to make things balance out. If I - at a manager's salaried rate - can't do that, how are my minimum wage hourly employees going to do it? I wish that the company would pay more into the health benefits also.
