What are some of the best things about your team?
The trust that we have in each other, and the fact that we call care about each other and our culture and value. We are mutually respectful, even when politics or short fused differences come into play.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I could make enough to survie as and not need to have a roomate or second job to make things balance out. If I - at a manager's salaried rate - can't do that, how are my minimum wage hourly employees going to do it? I wish that the company would pay more into the health benefits also.
